We're opening the Garden for six weekends between 1 November and 10 December this year for the first time. And to celebrate, we're welcoming dog owners who visit us with their dog totally free of charge on these twelve days.
We're well-known for being dog-friendly, with dogs on leads very welcome both in the Garden and also in our Cafe and Shop. We see a wide variety of canines of all shapes and sizes pass through, with the Garden full of fascinating smells, steep hills and soft paths, perfect for paws. There's easy parking and if you're lucky, a dog treat in the Cafe to round off your visit.
If a mooch round our Garden doesn't wear out your dog, then there are lots of gorgeous walks in the vicinity, including the Painswick Beacon, just at the top of our drive.
But don't just take our word for it - Woody and Wilma visited back in February, and this is what their grown-up Megan wrote about their visit.
To gain your free admission, simply bring a dog with you. One grown-up will be admitted for free for each dog visiting. The Garden, Cafe and Shop will be open 10.30-4pm Saturdays and Sundays between 1 November and 10 December.
During this period, the Cafe and Shop will remain open seven days per week, serving our usual delicious homemade cakes, freshly ground coffees and light lunches.
