Our snowdrops are the big attraction at this time of year as one of the first signs of spring and they are coming on nicely. Update 8 January – our Head Gardener Roger predicts that the snowdrops are likely to be at peak blooming during the last week of January and first two weeks of February.  Their progress will depend on temperatures between now and then – continued mild weather will bring them on more quickly.  To keep up-to-date with the latest snowdrop blooming news, follow us on Facebook or Instagram or check back here.

The Garden is the perfect place for all generations to relax and unwind together – whether exploring the paths and follies around or enjoying the rustic woodland play area.. Watch your family and friends battle to find the centre of our unusual maze or lose yourself amongst the lofty trees of the woodland walk.

It is recommended you allow at least two hours for your visit, plus time to relax in the Coach House Café. The Café will be serving light lunches, delicious cakes, freshly-ground coffee, marshmallow- and cream-topped hot chocolate and a selection of speciality teas.  Parking is free and the Shop will also be open with a range of local and seasonal products available.

You can book admission for up to six people per visit.  You do not need to book a place for under 4s.  Dogs on short leads are very welcome and in our experience will very much enjoy a visit!  In-line with current Government measures, all visitors (aged 12 and over) should wear face masks when indoors, unless you are exempt. You do not need to wear a mask if you are seated and enjoying food or drink in our Café.
