We have a new system for this year for you to book your half-hour arrival time during snowdrops – for this you will need a few minutes, your membership number which is on your membership card (starts FRE-) and your contact details.
All membership holders for whom we had an email address* have been set up with an account on the system. When you first visit the ticketing page, click on ‘My Account’ and enter your email address, then click on ‘Forgotten Password?’ and you’ll be sent a link to create a new password. Once you’ve done this, you can now log into your account and book your tickets. Your account allows you to easily make and change bookings in the future. Online booking will only be essential during peak times, most of the year you can just turn up and show your membership card on arrival. Click here to visit the booking page.
* please note – if you use a different email address to the one we have on record, you will need to set up a new account. We can link your new details to your existing account – please email Ineke with your name, Friends’ membership number and new email address and she will be able to sort this for you.
